Persecution Alert: Rwanda - New Killers Regulations Against Houses of Worship

March 10, 2024 URGENT: PERSECUTION ALERT IN RWANDA! OPENLY, KAGAME COMES AGAINST THE CHURCH OF GOD! After closing 10,000 churches in Rwanda in 2024, now Kagame moves on to tighten his grip over the church, to decimate the remainders of the very few open churches. HERE ARE THE NEW KILLERS REGULATIONS AGAINST HOUSES OF WORSHIP IN RWANDA! KAGAME'S ANTI-GOD, ANTI-BIBLE, ANTI-CHRIST REGULATIONS!  

• All churches must re-register and pay 2,000,000 RWF (~1,400USD) required in a Mandatory Re-registration for all churches and religious organizations with district authorities. By the way, this is a non-refundable fee!This is a way to steal from hard working people! In USA, you can pay as little as 10$ or 20$ to open a church!  

• Church lead pastor and his assistant must all have degrees in theology having accomplished at least 1,200 hours of coursework. Thus it is no longer God who chooses His servant but Kagame. 'Kagame, You are a man and not God'  

• Churches must comply with Rwanda’s national development objectives and must submit a comprehensive action plan. Kagame has made the church about business and about Rwanda and no longer about God's kingdom!  

• Tithes and Offerings are to be Managed Through Banks. From now on, churches must deposit tithes into bank accounts rather than handling them informally. The Bible says, "The tithes is the Lord's" but Kagame is mingling with God's business!

• Public Disclosure of Offerings: Churches must report all offerings collected during services and special events to district authorities and RGB. God says, "when you give, don’t let your left hand know what your right hand is doing." So Kagame's new regulations are ANTI-GOD, ANTI-CHRIST!

• Government agencies will conduct unannounced audits of church finances. Kagame does not trust any pastor, nor any priest, nun, bishops... Kagame does not trust the clergy!

• To be officially registered, a church must gather at least 1,000 signatures from members who provide valid national identification (ID) and phone numbers. No more small churches. Kagame makes it hard to build the kingdom of God in Rwanda. Kagame has started a war with God and with God's people!

• As you see, Kagame has begun to build another church in Rwanda, which is not of God! Christ is the head of the True Church and a true church is built by Christ on the Rock (Matthew 16) according to the Bible. This clearly shows that Kagame is losing his mind and is a lunatic. This clearly tells us that his days are numbered!

• I call upon all clergy and all true believers to remember the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, “I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it." Kagame will soon pass away but the TRUE CHURCH will REMAIN. "Kagame, you are just a man and not God. You are a mere mortal and not a god, though you think you are as wise as a god. THE GATES OF HELL WILL NOT PREVAIL!"
