Exposing the Identity of the Devil
The devil does not want to be exposed! He lives and operate from a headquarter of darkness and sin from where he is able to accomplish his three missions: steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10). The children of God must walk in the light of the Lord at all times. They must be on the alert at all times and not be ignorant of the devil’s schemes. The devil likes to take advantage of many people’s ignorance “My people perish for lack of knowledge” but today we are exposing some of the secrets of the devil and of his kingdom which God revealed to us as we battled against evil spirits while engaged in our nightly prayers and worship.
This expose was written after intense training in spiritual warfare by the Lord to the Blazing Holy Fire Church. During this training, the Lord taught us first hand many things about the devil, how his kingdom and his demons work, demonic oppression, possession, tactics and schemes the enemy uses. God wants His children to know the truth. Even the world knows that no nation can win a war if they don’t know who they are fighting with and for. Even a sport team must spy on their rivals and know their tactics in advance if they are to win the game!
Through corporate powerful prayers in our church, God baptized us with His Holy Spirit and fire. Each one of us came to experience God’s power first hand. When this happened, demons started being exposed and manifesting as we prayed, worshipped and imparted the Holy Fire of God. Here we want to testify that it is only by God’s powerful hand in the name of Jesus that demons are cast out and the captive are set free. During deliverance, every command to the enemy, every weapon we use must be followed ‘In the Name of Jesus’. Truly, every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord!
Shocking Revelations
Anyone who has not committed his/her life to the Lord Jesus is captive of the devil As we came to find it, there are demon possessed or oppressed people in almost every home! Many who profess to be Christians are unknowingly slaves to the devil! There are more Christians who are demon oppressed and possessed than there are free. Among them a great number of ministers, pastors, church leaders; some of them we call prophets, apostles etc…!!! Because of our ignorance in spiritual matter, many people perish Everyone is not free YET JESUS paid in full for their freedom! (Galatians 5:1)
Demon Manifestation a Must Whenever God's Kingdom Is Present
Satan wants to establish his kingdom in God’s territory (Isaiah 14:13-14). Wherever God’s Kingdom has come – as it is in heaven, certainly there will be a manifestation of demons and evil spirits. For example during the fire impartation in our services, it is normal to see demons manifesting. This is not because we are a weird church but it is because of God’s power and presence in our midst. Wherever the Lord is, what shakes must be shaken. This was a common occurrence in the ministry of Jesus:
"What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?" Matthew 8:29. “…demons also were coming out of many, shouting ‘You are the son of God’!” Luke 4:41. Wherever Jesus is present in all His glory and majesty – there will be warfare, a reaction, a shaking in the spiritual realm. “And after crying out and convulsing him terribly, it came out, and the boy was like a corpse, so that most of them said, “He is dead.” But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him up, and he arose. (Mark 9:26-27)
Revival is not revival if demons are not being cast out “But if it is by the finger of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you” (Luke 11:20). To us, it is not church if people walk in with afflictions, burdens, unclean spirits & demons and walk out still oppressed. If we say that we are experiencing true revival, it should not be only because healings, miracles, signs and wonders are taking place but on top of that, people should be TOTALLY set free from any grip of demonic oppression. “so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places” Ephesians 3:10. Wherever true and everlasting revival happens, demons must be cast out. In doing so, the root of the problem is taken care of and people will finally walk in their freedom. “It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery” (Galatians 5:1).
Beginning of the Experience
As a pastor, I can say we never sought to have a deliverance ministry. I have to confess that I avoided it at all cost… but I loved to pray and our church has been a praying church ever since God brought it into existence. Wherever there is a powerful prayer, the power of God will be manifested.
One day in 2009, while going through a fire tunnel in our church we noticed a member who after going through the fire tunnel was no longer able to neither stand nor walk. She was laid on the floor. While some of us thought that she was just being slain in the spirit, after looking closely we discerned that there was an evil manifestation that was not of God. Her eyes were rolling back and forth, she could not move part of her body, she could not talk, a smell of sulfur was being emitted from her body. When we went to the Lord in prayer, He let us know that this member was demon possessed and needed deliverance. The manifestation she was having was of the devil and not of the Holy Spirit.
That night, we spent hours casting out these demons. The member was a Christian but was once a luciferian. We were novice in this area and it took us a long time but for the next few nights, those demons were cast out. As we continued to pray powerfully every night, the Lord started sending more people who needed deliverance. People started coming from all over and today, people come from all corners of USA and from all over the world and they are set free. Some reported that they had sought deliverance in every church they could find but they never got total deliverance; others warned us beforehand that their demons were very strong and that if we could not cast them out it would be ok, they would understand.
I have the good news to report that today God has given us victories in every case for whosoever is willing and obedient. Growing up as a Christian, I had been taught that we should never fight powers and principalities, but the Lord commanded His disciples otherwise “Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you” Luke 10:19. As a church, we fight against the devil, his rulers, powers and principalities and their underlings. It is possible there were some wars lost in the beginning, but today, three years later in this ministry, I am glad to report that we no longer lose a single case of deliverance to whoever truly wants deliverance. All those who say Yes Lord and submit to whatever He commands them through OBEDIENCE receive freedom.
Our deliverance is not done in a microwave, nor in a single sitting nor in a single night. God has commanded us to track down these demons and battle them until they are no more. After someone is delivered, spiritual counseling is needed, mentoring and staying under a covering of a fire ministry is a must.
To maintain their freedom, people need to stay in the same spiritual position they were in at the moment they received deliverance and their freedom. There are people who have been going to church for a while but that church did not know you had demons nor did they do deliverance for you. The church that is not able to cast out demons or detect them is not a church you want to be part. A church that has members who come week after weeks and they are not free, it is not a church you want to grow in. In our church, demons are cast out even when someone attend one single prayer meeting. To maintain the freedom you receive through deliverance, people must maintain a powerful prayer life, reading the Word of God, being obedient to God’s words and staying holy. The more we pray and ACT on God’s word, the more demons are cast out; the more demons are cast, the more the power of God given to us by the Lord Jesus Christ. Praise God, more people are being set free every day!
Manifestation of the Holy Spirit vs Manifestation of Devil
Not every shaking is of God! Not every manifestation is of the Holy Spirit. As we came to learn it later, the shaking of the Holy Spirit has coordinated movements. They are movements that give glory to God, they don’t hurt anyone, they do not disturb the service, they do not attract attention to someone. Love, Joy, Peace, the glory of God and the fruit of the spirit accompany those who shake under the power of God. If they sing or pray in tongues while under the power of God, it brings blessing not confusion.
For example, the Holy Spirit will not shake someone and drag them under a chair or hide them in a corner or cause them to crawl like a snake. When you see something trying to choke someone, does not allow them to pray in tongues or let them sing properly, definitely it is not a manifestation of God. When a manifestation occurs, God’s discernment is needed. If you are not sure what the manifestation is, get closer to the person and shout Jesus or Holy Fire or Holy Sword. If the person tries to cover their ears or react in fear or try to hide etc… you know the manifestation is of the devil.
Who Can Cast out Demons?
Casting out demons should be done by Jesus Christ’s Disciples and not by any immature Christians and not by disobedient Christians. If demons are not cast out properly, there will be casualties. They can come back seven times worse on the one who was demon possessed and also the one who do deliverance can be severely attacked (But the evil spirit answered them, “Jesus I know, and Paul I recognize, but who are you?” And the man in whom was the evil spirit leaped on them, mastered all of them and overpowered them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded) Act 19:15-16.
Today we have many people who say they are Christians but are they truly a disciples of Jesus Christ? A disciple is someone under discipline – someone who hears/reads the Word of God and OBSERVE it and as a result bear the 9 fruit of the spirit as described in Galatians 5:21-22. A disciples is a follower of Jesus Christ, who has been taught and trained by the Holy Spirit and is fully submitted to Jesus Christ. A follower of Jesus Christ is an obedient Christian. In our church, the Lord does not allow new converts, or Christians who themselves have things to be delivered from to conduct or lead a deliverance session. Spiritual combat is serious business, it must be done properly.
What Need to Be Done to Deliver Someone
It is the power of God that delivers people. Deliverance ministers are but channel through which God’s power will flow. Every case of deliverance is different and we depend upon the Holy Spirit to guide us and lead in every case. Yielding to the Holy Spirit is key. There are two ways that we do deliverance.
The Lord has let us know that as His beloved disciples, we have power and authority to cast out demons in Jesus name. There are times that we have had battles that were beyond our understanding and ability. In this case, the Holy Spirit would lead us to worship God Almighty, giving Him thanksgiving. And as we worship the Lord, demons would start screaming and trembling in fear as the Lord came in our midst and casted them out and took them to hell.
In other words, we as true disciples can cast out demons but also the Lord can take care of it as we stand and worship Him and say “The Battle Is the Lord’s!” We will look at what we do right away when demons manifest and then give you understanding of why demons come into people and how they should be cast out.
When we are engaged in deep prayer corporately at the church, we turn the lights off. This allow us to have deep intimacy with the Lord in private and go deep with the Lord without being distracted by anything that our physical eyes can see. It is also good in opening our spiritual sight. We have a deliverance room besides the main sanctuary and usually demons manifest at the end of prayer sessions as we do fire impartation (though there are cases when people manifest as they enter through the door or during worship or sharing the word of God). The Lord has taught us not to lay hands on anyone harshly, so most of our imparting of the fire, we lay hands over people without touching them. Most of the time, when we do this, if there is an unclean spirit in people, they manifest. Demons can however hide deeply inside people. For example, if someone is a hypocrite Christian, living in sin and serving God. Demons hide behind unrepented sins. But as people repent and continue to receive fire and pray powerfully, demons eventually are exposed one by one.
When demons manifest during prayer time, we usually ignore them so that we can finish our prayer. There are exception however, when the power is so intense and if the manifestation is beyond control, we must deal with them right away. There was one incident when demons manifested violently a few minutes before the service. They were so violent that we had to remove almost all the chairs from the sanctuary. The Holy Spirit led us to start deliverance right away. I was concerned about new visitors! We heard the enemy accusing him of many sins and lifestyle that some of those who were present lived. The power of God came in so powerfully that demons started fleeing 7 ways each time we shouted in Jesus name. This young man started repenting. Right in the midst of this deliverance, many people who even testified they had committed the same sins like he did started falling on their knees crying and repenting. That day, the name of Jesus was so high lifted up and greatly feared that even little children started repenting. It was a great revival. We had church that day. Our Sunday church service usually lasts for about 3 to 4 hours. Deliverance was completed exactly by the time the service normally ends. People got saved just by watching this deliverance take place!
Here Is What We Usually Do When Demons Manifest:
We turn on all the lights. Demons hate the light and being exposed. Deliverance team always put on the full armor of God before praying. Someone said why do you have to put it on always, all you have to do is to keep it on! That is actually a deception. It is like someone who just pray once and say I will not pray anymore about this because I already prayed and have faith. The Lord leads us to pray until we receive the answer. This world is so evil, we must put on the full armor of God often, pray at all times, watch at all times! We also put the full armor of God on the person who is to receive deliverance. It is very important to teach the person being delivered to fight for themselves. It is more powerful in casting out demons if the individual stand up in faith and participate in fighting We disarm the devil, taking away the armor he has relied on (Luke 11:22). We plead the blood of Jesus over us, every individual, the room etc… Before we cast out demons, we give spiritual counseling and show people what are the open doors that they must close so that demons don’t come back in. we usually advise people to stop using internet, TV, playing games and be careful of the music or medias they expose themselves to. When we are ready to start deliverance, we must find an open door by which demons came into the person. Once an open door is found, they must truly repent and commit to the Lord that they will bear the fruit of repentance. We identify the strong man, king / chief demon. Sometimes we are not able to know the strong man until the next day but in the end, what is hidden comes to light!
In deliverance, REPENTANCE is key because after someone repents, the devil loses their legal rights and they must leave in the name of Jesus. Please note that this is not a list of what to follow or do. These are the things we usually do but in every case we follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Open Doors
Open doors are those unconfessed & unrepented sins. Demons will do all they can to hide the open door. Why? Because once an open door is found and the person repents of that sin from their heart, demons have no choice but to leave. Repentance must be genuine, done from the heart and it must have deeds. After a person repent, we always quote 1 John 1:9 and then would follow to command demons to leave starting with the big ones. Once the big ones leave, their underlings follow them so we don’t have to spend much time casting out the little ones.
List of Some Open Doors
Anytime that we violate God’s law and commands as it is written in His words, this gives an opportunity to the enemy to accuse us and if we do not repent from the heart, eventually the enemy will come in. The Holy Spirit always warns us when we do what is not pleasing to God. If one continues to ignore those warning, it becomes an open door for the enemy to come in. In other words, open doors are those sins we have not repented of. It can be our sins or the sins committed by our ancestors. Herebelow is a list of some common open doors – there are many doors and this does not list them all. We are always finding new ones.
Sin
Sinful deeds: Any sin that we commit no matter how small it is, it becomes an open invitation for the enemy to come into our lives. Remember God’s word says “The wage of sin is death”. Demons eat that which is dead. Wherever there is death, corpses, there the enemy will be also. Please remember that sin is not only in our deeds – but many times people commit sin in their minds, thinking, heart, dreams etc…
Sin in Our thoughts:
we were doing deliverance on this young man and for some reason, demons seemed to have a great stronghold over his life. When we commanded them in Jesus name to leave, they did not obey us for a long time. Demons kept saying that they will come back in any ways even if they are cast out. The reason why was because this young man’s thoughts were not in line with the word of God. Please remember that you can sin and break God’s laws and commands in your thinking, in your will, in your emotion. It is important to have the mind of Christ and to line our thoughts and mind with the word of God. It is important to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.
Sin in Our heart:
“But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” Matthew 5:25
Beware of Small Sins:
Christians have learned to overcome big sins, we know the commandments: thou shall not kill, thou shall not steal etc… The trap that the enemy has set before us are small sins. Many times people say it was just a small sin but there is nothing such as a small sin in God’s eyes because every sin has its wage as death. So all sin, small or great they all leads to death and they are all open doors by which demons can come into us. Beware of small sins such as breaking God’s fourth commandments; beware of white lies, smoking, consuming alcohol including wine that Western preachers keep telling people is ok, taking drugs etc… Someone said ‘well, it was prescribed marijuana’, my friend anything that you depend upon is an open door, even sleeping pills. Do everything you can to get rid of small and big sins; sin gives strength to demons in people. In today’s advanced technology, please beware of addiction to television, computers, internet, iPods, iPads, Facebook etc… Be careful and discerning of what kind of media you allow in your life. The Bible says . Mark 9:43-45 “And if your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life crippled than with two hands to go to hell, to the unquenchable fire. 45And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame than with two feet to be thrown into hell. 47And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell, 48‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.”’
Inherited Sins
There are sins that we might have in us that were inherited through our ancestral line, generation, leaders etc… for example, in a family where a couple is fighting, demons are released into the children as the couple argues, fights and mistreats each other. Though the children did not commit this sin, but because they are exposed to bitter arguments, fight, abuse between their parents, demons can spread through these evil actions of their parents and enter innocent children.
SOLUTION: Repentance is key. Repent of your sins, repent of the sins of your generation and ancestral lines. When you repent, take your time and let the Holy Spirit leads you. As you repent, be specific and repent case by case, incident by incident. For every deliverance, repentance is key. We will talk in details about True Repentance later on in this article.
Unclean Objects
Remove unclean object from your dwelling place. Those can be like antennas through which demons communicate and receive energy. Be also careful to cast out demons putting your trust in material things. Demons are spirits, they are not cast out by flesh and blood. For example, there was a case when someone wanted to cast out a demon by burning incense. That actually fed them and it got worse. Anointing oil is Biblical but do not put your hope and faith in that oil lest it becomes an idol. We had a case when a demon guided someone to get certain oil and through that they were able to transfer as soon as the person puts it on. It is only by the power of God (the Blood of Jesus, God’s Holy Fire and power and weapons of our warfare that demons are cast out – ALL IN JESUS NAME).
Making Covenants With the Devil
People should not make a covenant with the devil in their deeds, minds or hearts. There was a case when someone went to a satanist meeting but this individual did not make a covenant with the devil. Well, by going to the satanic meeting this individual violated the commands and laws of God; they opened a door and demons came in and satan claimed their souls. Demons can also enter through; Curses; Weaknesses in us that we neglect to deal with and through many other unimaginable ways.
Beware of the RELIGIOUS SPIRIT
There was one case where demons entered a member of a church because he was under a pastor and elders who had religious spirits. The pastors, the elders and leaders of that church had all twisted tongues. When we did deliverance for this young man, he spoke in tongues that were twisted. He could pray in tongues only for a few seconds, then his tongues will be stuck and get twisted and he will start all over again. Also demons like to hide behind doctrines and systems, so it is good to run a church or a ministry without following systems but depending on the Holy Spirit. In the end, we casted out a spirit of religion out of this young man. So it is important that you know your pastor and indeed know that he is a man or a woman of God.
People Who Do Not Go to Church
Presently, it is true that there are not many good churches but the true church of God is still alive. Jesus said the gates of hell will not prevail against The Church. God has a remnant church, a church that is not corrupted, a church that is not defiled, a church that is not following a man, a church that is spotless – THE GATES OF HELL WILL NOT PREVAIL AGAINST SUCH A TRUE CHURCH!
Today we have many people telling God’s children ‘do not go to church’. Well, what they do not tell you is that you are being exposed to demonic attacks because you are without a covering [demons recognize the power given to a church]. Also they are not telling you that you are violating God’s Word ‘And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near” Hebrews 10:25. Everyone should have a church they belong to, whether it is a home church, a home fellowship or a regular church exception applies though where true seekers cannot find a Bible believing church. Instead of going to a church that will make you lukewarm, you should pray and begin seriously seeking the Lord and setting the times of prayer and evangelism, seeking God harder more than you would do in a normal church. The Lord gave me instruction for people who cannot find a true church. Please email our ministry and I will send you that information.
I have witnessed many Christians, leaders, pastors, worship leaders etc… who fell after they made a decision to leave the church and not commit to fellowshiping with the saints. In many cases, they would stop tithing; having no accountability made them follow their own will rather than the will of God and they sinned greatly and they were constantly being attacked by demons, always having constant warfares because they are not submitted anywhere. Demons fear and trembles before a true church of God and her power is known everywhere in the kingdom of darkness, in the heavenly places. “So that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places” Ephesians 3:10.
We have heard the enemy complaining about powerful servants of God or certain powerful churches. Yes, the enemy recognizes the power given to the church of Jesus!
When you join the church / fellowship of the saints, please commit to serve God selflessly, you are not serving man. God sees your devotion and if you are faithful, your reward will be very great. Pay your tithes and offering, serve God, serve in humility (the greatest among you shall be your servant). Serve, do not seek titles or recognition of man, be a hidden apostle!
I have lost count of how many times we found demons had entered the people because they had no covering of a church (this includes home fellowships). In fact, there were demons that we could not cast out until we shouted in Unison we are A CHURCH OF GOD and we have power over you “And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” Matthew 16:18.
Weapons of Our Warfare
For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:3-5)
The Bible talks about the weapons of our warfare. Among the weapons that God granted us is the full armor of God as described in Ephesians 6:13-18. God has however more weapons than what is described in this scripture. God is revealing new weapons to us everyday. The first weapon in the full armor of God is the Belt of Truth. You shall know the Truth and the truth shall set you free. Jesus is the Truth. His word is truth. The devil is a liar and the father of all lies. The devil’s biggest weapon is lies. If someone believes his lies, they cannot have freedom. The children of God must know the Word of God, believe it and observe it. Believing a lie gives legal right to the enemy to oppress God’s children.
HOLY SWORD: It is the Word of God. In deliverance sessions, demons do all they can to prevent us to quote scriptures. If we quote scriptures, they try to close their ears but everyone on the deliverance team shout powerfully HOLY SWORD, HOLY SWORD… we shout this many times until demons are pierced by this two double edged sword. After this, we use the word as a weapon. For example if a demons comes and bring condemnation, we fight them with the Holy Sword by quoting “There is no condemnation for those who are in Jesus Christ” Romans 8:1
THE BLOOD OF JESUS: this is a very powerful weapon because through the blood of Jesus, we have redemption and by His blood our sins are forgiven, which causes the devil to lose his legal rights over those who confess Jesus to be their Lord and Savior. Again, together in Unison we shout THE BLOOD OF JESUS, many times until we notice demons cannot endure and they are losing, fleeing seven ways.
HOLY FIRE: This a great weapon because the holy fire of God torment the devil, a reminder of the Lake of Fire, his final destiny. This is one of the most powerful weapon that seems to work almost on every evil spirit!
HOLY DANCE & MOVEMENTS: (unlike other weapons, this one we don’t call out but we perform it). The Holy Dance is so powerful in exposing demons hidden inside people. We use it in every session to expose hidden demons. When we do Holy Dance, demons cannot hide too long and when people manifest, we are able to use weapons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc… to cast them out. We holy dance at the church every night. Through this, God continues to give us new movements which expose many hidden demons.
PS.: At the end of each weapon, we seal it with ‘IN JESUS HOLY NAME”. For example we might say “HOLY FIRE, in Jesus Holy Name!”
Speaking in Tongues
THE LORD REBUKE YOU: If demons do not obey the servants of God or use vulgar language against the servants of God, we use this weapon. There was a time we could not cast out this one demons no matter what weapon we shouted. The Holy Spirit used one of the team member to shout this new weapon and instantly, demons left in fear and trembling.
Ps: please know that sometimes one weapon work against a certain demon and sometimes it does not really work so well. The Lord has taught us about this and it is another message in itself. In every deliverance, we depend upon the Holy Spirit to show us which weapon works better. New Weapons seems always to bring terror to demons. There are times demons won’t live until we shout all the weapons at once. We depend upon the Holy Spirit and the Lord Jesus to show us which weapon to use in every case.
POWERFUL WORSHIP: With this weapon, the battle is the Lord’s. This is a very powerful weapon that works at all times. There was a time when the battle was more than we can handle. We were led to ignore those demons manifesting in the sister and we worshiped the Lord with our might, thanking Him from the depth of our heart and we danced powerfully before Him. In the midst of worship, with our attention totally focused on the Lord, all of sudden we heard a scream of fear coming from demons “oh, the valley, oh, I don’t want to go there! please! “ The Lord Jesus came and took these demons to hell and they never returned!
As we will explain later, once demons loses a battle, satan takes them to hell where He torments them! This explains why demons are so determined and they don’t want to let their prisoners go free. We have heard them many times says they will fight until the end ‘if we have to die, we will die here!!!” so you must have God’s power, you must be determined in casting out demons. You cannot give up.
LOVE: Love is a powerful weapons known everywhere. Everything and everyone bows to LOVE. There are times that we did not even have to really do deliverance but love people, hug them, cry with them, laugh with them, serve them, build them up and offer spiritual counseling. Demons will leave in this manner!
True Repentance & the Power of Repentance
Before casting out demons, always have the individual repent out loud. In the same way we confess Jesus out loud, we must confess our sins out loud. Many times demons will not let individuals speak up, even if the individual cannot, let them repent within themselves and bind the demons that block the speech. After this, have the individual repent out loud.
There is an incident in our early years of deliverance where there were demons known as 5 kings found in Joshua 10. They had formed an alliance that when you casted out one of them, it did not work. They would come back together in their unholy covenant and form an alliance again. We could not cast out big demons in this person either. We had bound and casted out smaller ones, but these 5 kings could not be cast out easily. The Holy Spirit directed us to have our brother repent of everything the enemy was accusing him, above and beyond. Our friend repented of every accusation, as expected, at times they would not let him speak up – WHY? Because demons knew that if he confessed and repented his sins, per the Word of God, he will be forgiven and cleansed, which means they must be cast out. The Bible says that “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” 1Johnn 1:9.
As soon as our friend repented from his heart, the strongholds were automatically destroyed and these kings left without negotiation or without us forcing them because they had nothing in him. Demons will claim rights but as soon as he repented genuinely, God would forgive and they would depart. After those kings left, we waged war against what was called “The LAST DEFENCE TEAM against the move of God” they were very soon defeated and here I want to talk to you about the power of repentance as the Lord taught us on that day.
Did You Know?
The sins that you have committed especially after you commit your life to Christ count against you, each one of them. Every time you violate the word of God, it is sin and accusation is brought against you For every sin one commits and continue to ignore warning of the Holy Spirit, demons can enter the body. If the same sin is committed again, more new demons come in. For example, there were demons that entered our friend through watching a movie called Matrix I; we were able to cast these out but later on in the later session, there were different demons that entered when he watched Matrix II! We learned that sins committed separately have to be repented separately, one by one. Our friend could not say, I repent for the sins I committed in 2003! No, he had to spell them out one by one, the Holy Spirit was there helping him and bringing to memory those sins unrepented for, which in his own strength he could not remember. As soon as he was done, he gained freedom little by little.
Let me also say that our friend had not committed what you can call big sins, “they were all little normal sins” but little sins or big sins have all the same wage! For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 6:23).
Forgiveness of sins is only possible through REPENTANCE. We are all saved because we repented, those who refuse to repent will perish (Matthew 3:5-12). A message of repentance is a message that is very important. We see that John preached this message. The devil was not happy about that. He wanted to shut this message down because he knew if people repented he would lose them once and for all. As John was thrown in jail, God did not allow the message of repentance shut down and so we see Jesus came preaching the same message of Repentance (Mark 1:14-15). The message of REPENTANCE is a must before the GREAT AND TERRIBLE DAY OF THE LORD. In Malachi – God said he was going to send Elijah before the great and terrible day of the Lord. Why? Because without repentance, no one will see the Lord.
The Pharisees rejected Jesus because they rejected the message of John and they had refused to repent from the heart. Luke 7:29 And when all the people and the tax-gatherers heard this, they acknowledged God's justice, having been baptized with the baptism of John. Luke 7:30 But the Pharisees and the lawyers rejected God's purpose for themselves, not having been baptized by John. Because they refused to repent, even when Jesus came, they did not recognize nor receive him. Those who refuse to truly repent will have no part in the RAPTURE and in the kingdom of God.
We cannot stop repenting, but we must KEEP UP with repentance every day. We must search our hearts. We must go to the pool of reflection daily where we can look in a mirror and see ourselves as God truly sees us. He will show us if there is anything in us that is not like Him and my friend, no matter how it seems dear to us, if He shows us something he does not like we must get rid of it right away.
* Sin separates us from God , through sin RELATIONSHIP is broken. Through repentance relationship is restored. REPENTANCE ON THE SPOT keeps the relationship unbroken. We must bear the fruit of repentance, if we do not bear the fruit of repentance, it was because that repentance was not genuine.
Casting out Demons
After a person has truly repented, our next job is to bind the demons. We identify the chief demon in the person and bind smaller ones to the strong ones. The reason why we do this is because when you cast out the bigger one, the ones under the strong man are cast out as well. There can be thousands of thousands of smaller demons in a person and we do not have time to go after those small ones.
Commanding demons is done in the name of Jesus. We address them with a strong powerful voice. We call them to attention by name and bind them and cast them out in Jesus Holy Name. During this time, we continue to use weapons of our warfare against them as they are stubborn and don’t want to leave. After demons leave, we forbid them to ever come back in the person, in the name of Jesus. We dedicate the person / temple to the Holy Spirit. We also ask the Lord to fill the person with the Holy Spirit and Fire, a person must be speaking in tongues and if they don’t we pray for them to receive and they do it. Everyone must speak in tongues if they are going to overcome the devil. We have noticed also that people who do not speak in tongues cannot cast out demons. So churches should not forbid speaking in tongues.
As demons are leaving, they like to leave scars on people. It is normal when they leave to stab the person, sometimes people tumble in pain on the floor. We call on Jesus and speak healing scriptures over them and the Lord heals them always.
There are times that in the midst of deliverance people are taken to either heaven or hell and their spiritual sight open like that. We teach people to always test the spirits by shouting Holy Fire in Jesus name and other weapons God gave us. Satan himself disguise as an angel of the light. So we must test the spirits always.
SPIRITUAL COUNSELING
When demons are cast out, they always try to come back especially that very same night, when people are sleeping. Those demons usually ask people if they can let them back in. sometimes they cause fear or cause doubts, deceiving people that it was not really deliverance. We then give spiritual counseling to the people, building them in faith, sharing scriptures and showing them that Christ paid for their freedom – PAID IN FULL!
There are times when casting out demons is not really what is needed most. Individual need to be mentored about warfare, their rights as children of God, that they have a freewill and that demons cannot violate their freewill. Many times we help individual cast out their own demons while we just coach them. It is more powerful if one is able to cast out their own demons and commanding them to leave their own body rather than someone else doing it for them. It is amazing!
Final Remarks
We hope this note has helped you in knowing your enemy and how to cast him out. In Luke 10:18, Jesus said “I was watching satan falling like lightning…”, if you follow the teaching of Jesus and observe everything He commanded us, you will watch satan falling like lightning. We have seen this first hand as a church.
There is so much that we can share on spiritual warfare, the Lord tarry, we will write a book as there is so much to cover in spiritual warfare. What we have written here are the main points and practical way that can help you understand better deliverance and spiritual warfare.
To the children of God, please WATCH OUT FOR THE SPIRIT OF REBELLION. Obeying God and His Word is very important. There is nothing God can do to set free someone who refuses to obey His words. We have watched many who claim to love the Lord but refuse to obey His word over and over being overcome by this spirit of rebellion and there is nothing that can work against it EXCEPT you binding yourself to obey God’s word no matter what. Rebellion take you out of God’s covering. Many people do not get to overcome this spirit, so you must fight it seriously, with determination, obedience, faith and submission to Jesus Christ. Obey at once! Obey Him at any cost.
WATCH OUT FOR PRIDE: We have seen those who call themselves mature Christian but lacks humility falling because of pride. Pride is what caused Lucifer to fall! Pride blinds discernment to self and instead tells you have discernment on others, pointing out their sins. Pride says you are better than anyone else, pride compares and put you on display; pride tells you, ‘you dance better, you sing better, you pray better than anyone else. You preach better, you are the only one chosen. Pride kills discernment of self and bring in deception, selfishness and much more. So my friend, have TRUE HUMILITY, HUMILITY FOUND IN JESUS. SEE YOURSELF AT THE END OF THE LINE. DO NOT SEEK TO PROMOTE YOURSELF. WAIT ON THE LORD. Jesus said “The greatest among you shall be your servant.”
WATCH OUT FOR GAMES: Games are addicting and through them children end up in bondage. Have your children play with other children and not electronic games – it is very very dangerous for their souls and salvation.
WATCH OUT FOR RAGE AND LETTING THE SUN GOES DOWN UPON YOUR ANGER (Ephesians 4:26). This brings in demons.
WATCH OUT FOR THE SPIRIT OF DECEPTION.
WATCH OUT FOR UNFORGIVENESS: According to the scriptures, when we hold unforgiveness, God hands us over to the jailers (demons) Matthew 18:34.
Exposing the ID of the devil – Notes from Revival 2010
Those who see you will stare at you and ponder over you: ‘Is this the man who made the earth tremble, who shook kingdoms, who made the world like a desert and overthrew its cities, who did not let his prisoners go home?’ Isaiah 14:16-17
Identity of the Devil
Revelation 12:3 tells us that the devil is a red dragon which has 7 heads and 10 horns. This dragon swept away a third of the stars in heaven and hurled them to the earth. The one third represents fallen angels. Some people might interpret this differently. Today I want to talk to you a little bit more about the identity of the devil.
Satan has a position and his title was that of the guardian cherub, an anointed guardian angel of God. Cherub are one of the strongest angels, Gabriel and Michael who stand in the presence of God are part of that category.
The Bible shows that the kingdom of God existed from long time ago. Lucifer was a created being who was so perfect and beautiful. The Bible says that he had pride in his heart. He had a wide spread trade and through his words he deceived many of his fellow angels. He wanted to be an independent ruler besides God. Isaiah 14 says ‘13You said in your heart “I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain.14 I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.”
This means that he wanted to rule over the angels and be just like God. The angels have their own free will and those who followed him were the ones who were corrupted in their hearts and they were kicked out of heaven.
The devil abused the power that God had given him and he began to turn the world upside down. He trembles the earth. He does not release the captive. Even we can see that the demons will not let the captive go until there is a strong power upon them. So satan has this position and power. In John 8:44 it says he was a murderer and a liar from the beginning. He continually lies, he deceives nations, he causes us to sin. The devil means the accuser of the brethren and he has a very dirty mouth. He condemns people with his mouth. There is something that is very interesting about his name. It means to cast the dice, to play the game of probability. For example, if you are a pastor, he comes and says ‘let’s play the game of probability that you will go to heaven or not.’ So the devil will throw the dice at you: He says, ‘Maybe you will go to heaven, really, I can mess it up. What if you don't have assurance of salvation. I'm going to make you fall back at the trials and the tests.’
He makes our salvation dull. The devil and satan are the same word but satan has some other meanings. King of the devil, attacker, he hides , he's a dissenter, he traps people, he deceives the whole world, he makes you get lost, he makes you wonder, deceiver, he insists his own will, and it means that when you exert your will too much, that the devil can be involved. So we need to be careful and check we are in the will of God.
In Isaiah 27 it talks about Leviathan: “and in that day, God is going to punish Leviathan’, it means like coiling serpent, coiling enemy, he twists, he corrupts. Huge monster of the sea. Violent foe, serpent, devil, somebody who accuses, who is possessive, who imitates. Someone who does sorcery, tarot cards, predict the future, fortune telling. Satan was created long time ago before us. He does not have a physical form that we can see.
The Strong Man
The Bible describes the devil as a strongman who will not release the prisoners. That is why, when you are taken captive by him, you will not be set free easily. Unless you become the stronger man, you cannot bind him and take possessions from him. Luke 11:21-23 “When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are safe; 22but when one stronger than he attacks him and overcomes him, he takes away his armor in which he trusted and divides his spoil.” In this passage, the strong man is the devil. But Jesus is The Stronger Man.
Forces in the Kingdom of satan: Their Names and Ranks
These forces in the kingdom of satan have names. Ephesians 6:12 talks about principalities; 2:2 talks about the prince of the power of the air, 2 Cor. 2:2 says prince of this world; so we can see that they have these kingdoms. And then it says king of Beelzebub, in Luke it says Lord of flies. The Bible talks about satan’s character. He is very violent.
Satan is an independent ruler by himself. He has a throne in hell just like God. He imitates God. He sends his underlings to the earth, especially to living Christians who pray. Satan does not need to send more demons to churches who are already dead, those he has already conquered them. This is why some of you who are praying hard are being attacked by these demons. There are demons in specific countries and regions, and they divide up the territories, the cities and areas, and within the cities they divide up the neighborhoods and towns, and then by churches they govern. As we are having a service now, there can be demons around here as well, in the corners even here even up in the sky. And right now I can see that they are watching closely what I am saying.
The enemy knows what we think and what we say and what is in our hearts because we reveal it to them. He has a system like a computer, you put the name of the individual and the information appears – especially those who already have demons in them. In this way, the enemy knows all the weaknesses and strengths that they have. And he knows exactly what to attack and this is very serious.
Demons have ranks, and then I realized that these demons have so many ranks! They have thousands and thousands of ranks, an then we narrowed it down to seven ranks. Between the first and the next rank there are so many ranks in between, an then the zero rank represents the devil. Then below him there are thousands of demons and there are so many more below them. Many people even though they pray a lot, sometimes they have trouble casting out this third or fourth rank. I thank the Lord who have allowed our church to deal with demons all the way to the lowest rank.
Their ranks is sort of like in an army. They also have titles, positions, sort of like by topics, and they are divided by their titles, roles and positions. Another type is by numbers. They are divided by different levels and those in numbers are more important than those with titles.
And when I try to expose his identity I get attacked. When we began this ministry the Lord made us fight against the small demons. When we overcame them, the Lord made us fight against the bigger demons. Demons with higher ranks came forth. I didn't know that they had ranks. It took a long time. No one told us, we didn't read anything about this.
One type of rank that they have is like the army. In the army there is like different titles and positions. They have topical titles, or titles by numbers. The numbers is in levels. Demons with numbers are more stronger than the ones with the titles. Like if you are a level 30 you can be so much higher than the other title. And the demons with this kind of levels they are the strongest. They also have a structure and a system. They have great strategies and plans.
Advancing in Their Ranks
The evil spirits actually advance in their ranks. They can be promoted but there are requirements. If they are able to do something that others can’t do, they will be promoted. If for example they are able to enter a living Christian. And the requirement for promotion is also how long they can stay within a Christian without being exposed. They also have a promotion system. The requirement for promotion is for them to hide in Christians and not be found as long as they can. Imagine this demon went into this person and he lived this very passive Christian life; having very passive prayers. We are not even sure if he is saved or not and he has never really had a great walk with God. He says the Bible a lot but he does not have the power of the Holy Spirit. In appearance he is Christian but inside the devil has a hold on him. And these people when they come at a critical moment they fall.
Let us say that there was no chance to really expose the demon that was in him and he is full of demons. But he does not know that he has a demon but he lives his Christian life. He prays a lot but his prayers are being perceived by the devil and he does not live a victorious Christian life. Then later he marries and he has children. And this spirit that works with other spirits will actually be transferred to the children. The demons that were affecting the parents can affect the children. And then when the devil sees that he goes, ‘good job, good job, you were not exposed, so I will give you a promotion’. When they take hold of living Christians and are not exposed they receive promotion; but when you live a very victorious Christian life, with powerful prayers, then they are exposed.
There is even a bigger promotion when they are able to hide and get passed to the next generation. If a spirit of lust for example is not exposed in the first generation, it can be transferred down into the second generation. Then the children could be victims of the spirit of lust that has been transferred from the previous generation. Being successful in one generation and transferring into another one gives them promotion. And there is a system within the ranks as well. Evil spirits operate through the different kinds of systems. A spirit of lust within a person can have other functions as well. Evil spirits have very deep thought intellect and personality. The devil calls demons and send them on missions to destroy believers and unbelievers alike. When demons cannot carry out their tasks, the devil casts them into hell fire, and they are tormented badly.
When evil spirits are cast out, they go back and have a meeting, discuss and rearrange themselves and come back. We need to know how they come to us. They will re arrange their system and modify their system and try to come back in and until we die, this will happen over and over again. This is why it is important for someone who receive deliverance to stay under the cover of a powerful fire ministry. When we receive Jesus, demons should flee – the church today is way too weak, but the true Church will prevail against the gates of hell.
We are heavily influenced by our parents, through the really bad atmosphere and bad upbringing. And as we grow up, there are two different worlds beyond our physical world and we are being heavily influenced by them and many people don’t have a clue of what is going on. Many people are perishing because of our spiritual ignorance. And there are demons that are not in people but they are circling around us and there are demons already inside people, and they communicate amongst themselves. They are very well organized and they know how to pass their information around, very strategic, very secretive.
What Gives Energy to the Evil Spirits
Gal. 5: 19-21: “19 The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.”
In this passage we see that those people who practice the works of the flesh will not inherit the Kingdom of God. Evil spirits live on energy. There are things that they feed on. Where does that energy come from? It comes from the flesh. There are people with a spirit of rage, so when they just burst out of anger and rage, the demon inside gets fed and has more power to live on. Just like when we are hungry and we eat, we get energy and more power.
There are people with spirits of rage and anger inside of them. These evil spirits stir up the flesh: “I’m hungry, so hungry, so hungry, just blow up and get angry so I can eat.” So people blow up, and when we they are having conversations and then have arguments and then anger, then the demon inside gets fed, and get bigger. When there is a fight among spouses and they throw things out of anger, the demons inside become so full. Because the demon full now and happy, he goes into hibernation and dormant. To the physical eyes, it looks like the person has repented, and it seems like they don’t have that spirit anymore. And even if someone cusses them, they are ok with it, even if someone next to them nags them, they are ok. There are many people like that in the church, and they confess that Jesus is Lord, but they do not have the fruit that remains. They repent but they have no real fruit of repentance nor the fruit of the spirit. Galatians 5 “22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
We Must Expose those Demons! We must cast them out!
To expose those demons we have to be a stronger man and go an bind them. Evil spirits have seasons as well. They have their periods where they manifest more. They move depending upon the seasons. We have to understand their movements, and our spirituality has its movements and seasons as well. Sometimes we are filled with power, and sometimes we are dry, but then as men and women of faith we must overcome. The demons within a person can be strong or weak. Even though we don't like to have these demons, if we do not get rid of sins they will still stay within us, and if we love the pleasures of this world, they will not leave. We must change the habits that they like. You must determine in your heart that you will not do those things. You must pray harder.
It is time that we put away the works of the flesh because what makes them live and be full is the flesh. Do not be deceived, the flesh is only a cover. It is time we put away all anger, malice, lust, complaining and grumbling, being proud, condemning others, curses and much more.
When we go to the Lord and ask Him, they go into deeper hiding. And there are so many places to hide within a person. And when a person receives the Holy Fire they are exposed. When we impart the fire, because they know they will be exposed they will go into deeper hiding. This is why you need to receive more fire, deeper and more fire; they'll be exposed and they will be cast out. And just because you don't feel anything or sense their activities inside you shouldn't be putting down your guard. You must fight against them hard. You must pray hard. You must pray more diligently.
And when you receive the real Holy Fire of God, they manifest. We need to know and understand the activities of the evil spirits. We cannot deal with demons lightly because we can be deceived. We have to cast them out with power, with Holy Fire. Praise the Lord. Amen, Amen, Amen. We need to know the movements and the activities of those evil spirits, just by suppressing them is not enough. And when someone have these symptoms we need to know the cause of it and just cast them out! We need to know clearly whether they are leaving from us or are they are going into hiding within us. And if they are going into hiding within us we need to track them down like missiles and destroy them. We need to go all the way to the end and track them down and destroy all of them. When we cast out the demons from our lives, there is a revolution.
Spiritual Warfare as we Pray
When we pray there is a spiritual war that goes on and God's army beyond number come to fight on our behalf. When we pray and the prayer is very weak, angels cannot come to help us. You must pray powerfully. The more we pray powerfully and strong, the more angels host come to help us. In the Lord’s Church, the arch-angel Michael is always there. He's always at the forefront of the spiritual warfare, so whatever church that is doing real spiritual warfare, he is there. So do powerful intercession. Have the power of the Holy Spirit; have God's Holy Fire. We need to have strategies and we have to do a lot of spiritual warfare, and we will fight together and we should not be discouraged. Do not be discouraged if you children have spiritual problems or they have weaknesses, pray powerful. Pray strong.
The forefront of the spiritual warfare is where your thoughts are.
God trains us to make us stronger spiritually. We have many different things that happen in our lives but even through those unexpected events, God makes us stronger, He makes our faith stronger. The forefront of the spiritual warfare is where your thoughts are. If your thoughts are captured by the devil, our emotions and heart are captured by him, and if our thoughts and heart are captured by the devil our will is captured by him. We need to discern when we think, are those thoughts from God or from the devil? We need to discern. If they are from the devil, they are destructive. We must fight them and not entertain them “We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:4).
Careless Words
The Spirit of God is watching what we are saying with our mouth. An there is this saying that all the trials an temptations come through our mouth, through our words. We need to know that when we talk, the spiritual realm moves according to what we say. And when we say bad things and condemn others, the evil spirits will move and work. When we confess the word of God and say positive and good things, the Spirit of God moves.
