Beware, the Fake Messiah(s) - Part 1
Jesus warned us about false Christs, fake Messiahs who will appear in the last days, “For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect.” Matthew 24:24
THE HOLY SCRIPTURES HELP US TO KNOW THE FAKE MESSIAH(S)
“I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, you will receive him.”(John 5:43). When Jesus came, He did not come on his own, but He was sent by the Father and came in the name of the Father. Whatever Jesus did, He only gave glory to God. He humbly came, many did not follow Him, and He warns us that when the fake Messiah comes, many will follow him. This fake Messiah will come in his own name and in his own interest. When you take time, look with discernment before following however, you will discern him and one sign that will show you the fake Messiah is that he will come as if self-praising himself. “Look the transformation I brought forth, look what I have done.” Sometimes, he will have others say that on his behalf... "Look at what he has done..." Always seeking to prove to people and the world that indeed he does miracles. He will accept that people give him the glory, the honor, and thanksgiving because indeed he is the one who have accomplished what nobody else have accomplished. So before following people, remember to check, "are they giving glory to God or are they taking credit for themselves always?". Here, take note for example the presidents of China Xi and the president of Rwanda Kagame. Coming from Rwanda, I know at least that at the moment, Kagame has managed to have his name worshiped throughout Rwanda, it is worshiped by Christians as well, while at the same time, millions have been killed, disappeared, kidnapped...!

FALSE MESSIAH CHARACTERISTICS (ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE)
1. He will come in his own name, self-praising (John 5:43), like Nebuchadnezzar who said, “‘Is this not Babylon the great, which I myself have built as a royal residence by the might of my power and for the glory of my majesty?” (Daniel 4:30)
2. A great number of people will be following him including many Christians (Matthew 24:24); (John 5:43)
PROPHET DANIEL WAS SHOWN WHAT WOULD TAKE PLACE IN THE END TIMES CONCERNING THE FALSE MESSIAH (Daniel 8:19). HERE ARE SOME OF THE BIG SIGNS:
3. Re. the false Messiah, his beginning are small, but he becomes known throughout the world (Daniel 8:9)
4. He will make himself known and prove to the world he is a hero (Daniel 8:9-10)
5. He will cause many Christians to fall into his deception, even if it were possible the elects will follow him [today it is no longer if it were possible, it is happening right in front of our eyes, at a higher speed and a great number – many are following the spirits of anti-Christ]. So this fake Messiah will rule over them [like Hitler did], he will trample upon them and command their allegiance to him (Daniel 8:10)
6. He will persecute the saints, those who follow the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He will persecute them; he will get them killed. (Daniel 8:10)
7. He will magnify himself, that he is a miracle worker, that he is like God and he will even decide how the holy scriptures should be interpreted and applied (Daniel 8:11)
8. He will regulate the church, decide the day they can worship and he will close many churches (Daniel 8:12)
9. He will promote sinful lifestyles and he will lead many to unrighteousness (Daniel 8:12) including following and worshiping other gods including himself
10. He will fling truth and justice to the ground (Daniel 8:12)
11. Instead of doing the will of God, he will do his own will (Daniel 8:12)
12. He will prosper in his sinful pursuit (Daniel 8:12)
13. He will make the holy place and houses of worship desolate (Daniel 8:13)
14. He will be a wicked insolent ruler and a liar (Daniel 8:23)
15. He will be a master deceiver (Daniel 8:23)
16. He will be an instrument of the devil and do mighty things but not by his own power but from the devil’s (Daniel 8:24)
17. He will kill and destroy people like never seen before (Daniel 8:24)
18. He will succeed in his evil schemes and accomplish his will (Daniel 8:24)
19. He will destroy mighty people even the holy ones (Daniel 8:24)
20. Through his shrewdness, he will cause deceit to succeed by his influence (Daniel 8:25)
21. With pride in his heart, he will think, “who is like me?” (Daniel 8:24)
22. He will destroy many naive people while they are at ease (Daniel 8:25)
23. He will rise up to even fight against the King of kings and the Lord of lords (Daniel 8:25) but he will be destroyed by God, without human agency.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO KNOW THESE THINGS, WHY AM I TELLING YOU THIS?
My beloved friend, these things are already happening in my own country Rwanda. It has been fulfilled almost 100%; the spirit of anti-christ is working on earth. The bible warns us about who to follow. He who follows the blind man will end where the blind goes; if the blind goes to the pit, those who follow the blind end up in the pit. Read Revelation 13, 14, 19 and there are many more scriptures.
