It is evident that your ministry is built on the solid Rock of Jesus! As you wrote about vital principles such as: Unity, loving and forgiving each other in the body of Christ. Another very important point to you made on page 178 "Let us point people to Jesus...". Every pastor and minister should get a copy of your book which I know will enrich and strengthen ministries.
